LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding considering the initiation
of litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss initiation of
litigation regarding the Habitat Management Plan (HMP) pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
