AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA RESCINDING SPECIFIC PLAN, SP
190 (8) AND AMENDING SECTION 21.05.030 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF FUTURE COLLEGE BOULEVARD AND EL
CAMINO REAL IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 15
CASE NAME:
APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE TO RD-M, REGARDING
TERRACES AT SUNNY CREEK
CASE NO.: SP 190 (B)IZC 96-01
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as follow
SECTION I: That the Sycamore Creek Specific Plan (SP 190) is rescindc
SECTION 11: That Section 21.05.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, b
Zoning Map, is hereby amended as shown on Exhibit “ZC 96-01” of Planning Con
Resolution No. 4289.
SECTION Ill: That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commi:
set forth in Planning Commission Resolutions No. 4289 AND 4290 constitute the findii
conditions of the City Council.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause
published at least once in a publication of general circulation in the City of Carlsbac
fifteen days after its adoption.
