That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding receipt, review and action
on recommendations from the Personnel Board for the discipline of a police officer as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss receipt, review
and action on recommendations from the Personnel Board for the discipline
of a police officer pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.
