RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the potential
acquistion of real property located on the east side of El Camino Real north of
Palomar Airport Road in the City of Carlsbad and generally identified as:
Palomar Transfer Station
East side of El Camino Real north of Palomar
Airport Road
APN 209-050-25
1 7.1 96 acres
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.8.
