EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS CITY Am. @?a CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer-employee
relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation with designated staff as labor
negotiators (Frank Mannen, Assistant City Manager, Ann Cheverton, Human Resources
Director, and Julie Clark, Human Resources Manager), with respect to the negotiations
with the Police Management Association employee organization and unrepresented
employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to
Government code Section 54957.6.
