RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss with designated staff
(Marty Orenyak, Community Development Director and Debbie Fountain, Housing and
Redevelopment Director) the acquisition or potential acquisition of real property located in
Carlsbad, more specifically known as:
3363 Tyler Street
Property Owner: Tyler Court Partners, Ltd.
Approx. 1.18 acres; 75 rental units
APN 204-070-27
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8.
