RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Citv v.
Carlsbad Promenade Case No. NO78509 pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
