RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 4 9 -2 5 3
within both Lots 71 and 72 of Carlsbad Tract No. 83-32, Calavera Hills Village “Q”.
approving a quitclaim for existing drainage easement
ITEM EXPLANATION:
This is a request by Brookfield Barrington Inc., a California corporation, to quitclaim the (
interest in existing storm drain easement in Lots 71 and 72 of Carlsbad Tract No. 83-32, Mal
12950.
The grading and improvements plans for Village “Q” will necessitate the removal of the ex,
storm drain easement and replacement with a new easement.
The above easement is no longer necessary and staff recommends that Council approvc
quitclaim requested by Brookfield Barrington Inc., a California corporation.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE QUITCLAIM FOR
EXISTING DRAINAGE LYING WITHIN BOTH LOTS 71 AND 72 OF CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 83-32 (PR 3.7.1 17)
WHEREAS, Brookfield Barrington, Inc., a California corporation, has submitted a I
for quitclaim of existing drainage easement lying within both Lots 71 and 72 of Carlsbad Tr
