ITEM EXPLANATION: The term of Tim Davidson as a member of the Parks & Recreation Commission expired in August, 1999. Mr. Davidson was originally appointed in 1995, and has served four years. The term of William Scott Pierrat as a member of the Parks & Recreation Commission also expired in August, 1999. Mr. Pierrat was originally appointed in 1994, to tX1 an unexpired term, and has served five years. The appointees will serve four year terms, which will expire in August, 2003. Other members are: Julie Baker, Gary Cox, Dennis Cunningham, Leo Pacheco, and Seth Schulberg. NOTE: Members of the Parks & Recreation Commission are subject to the Political Reform Act and must file a Statement of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1.
