RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive presentation from Mike Miller, a citizen of Carlsbad.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The City Council provides an opportunity for citizens and organizations to have an item
placed on a City Council Agenda by submitting a letter to the City Manager. Mike Miller, a
citizen of Carlsbad,. has requested the opportunity to make a brief presentation to the City
Council on the City’s Section 8 Rental Assistance Program.
