Adopt Resolution Nos. 2000-3~ , 3606-35 I and al?boo -3b appointing three members to the Board of Directors for the Foundation
for Carlsbad Community Cable Television.
I ITEM EXPLANATION:
The term of Nicole Pappas, School Board Representative, expires in
January, 2000. Ms. Pappas was originally appointed in February,
1999, to fill an unexpired term.
The term of Ralph Marchioni expires in January, 2000. Mr. Marchioni
was originally appointed in February, 1996, and has served four
years.
The term of Paul A. Vanderpool also expires in January, 2000. Mr.
Vanderpool was originally appointed in June of 1991 and has served 8
years. Mr. Vanderpool has indicated that he does not wish to be
reappointed after the expiration of his term.
The other Council appointed Directors are Robert Turner and Robert
Sheppard.
