That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Olivenhain
Municipal Water District v. Citv of Carlsbad. Carlsbad MuniciDal Water
District, Mavor Lewis. Council Members Kulchin. Hall, Finnila and
Nvaaard, Case No. GIN003490, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
