RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding threatened litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss initiation of
litigation regarding the Carlsbad-Vista Interceptor Sewer Project,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
