CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS 1TG. 4/4/00

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer-employee
relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation in the form of fringe benefits with
designated staff as labor negotiators (Jim Elliott, Administrative Services Director, Julie
Clark, Human Resources Manager, Kevin Branca, Assistant Finance Director, Deborah
Porter, Management Analyst), with respect to the negotiations with the CFA, CCEA, CPOA,
Police Management Association employee organizations and unrepresented employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to
Government code Section 54957.6.
