ITEM EXPLANATION: Alan J. Bartlett has resigned from the Beach Erosion Committee, effective March 1, 2000. The term vacated by Mr. Bartlett expires in June, 2002. Therefore, another Committee Member must be appointed to fill the remainder of the term. Current members of the Beach Erosion Committee are: Lu Ann Hall, Mike Howes, L.
