EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS CITY MGR.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer-employee
relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation in the form of fringe benefits with
designated staff as labor negotiators (Frank Mannen, Assistant City Manager, Jim Elliott,
Administrative Services Director, Julie Clark, Acting Human Resources Director, Kevin
Branca, Assistant Finance Director, and Deborah Porter, Management Analyst), with
respect to the negotiations with the CFA, CCEA, Police Management Association employee
organizations and unrepresented employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant , to
Government code Section 54957.6.
