ITEM EXPLANATION: The term of Joe Eggleston expires in June, 2000. He was originally appointed in April, 1991and has served nine years. The term of this appointee shall expire in June, 2004. Other members of the Carlsbad Personnel Board are: Marni Betz, Kathleen Blair, Donald Martin, and James Page. EXHIBITS: I.
