PENDING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss the claim of
CZVIK v. CITY OF CARLSBAD, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956,9(b)(3)(C).
