REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Bruhn v.
Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. 00 CV 1463 BTM (JAH), pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
