CITY Am. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss employer-employee
relations, salaries, salary schedules and compensation in the form of fringe benefits with
designated staff as labor negotiators (Frank Mannen, Assistant City Manager, Jim Hawks,
Police Chief, Julie Clark, Acting Human Resources Director, Deborah Porter, Management
Analyst and Richard S. Whitmore, Esq.), with resped to the negotiations with the CPOA,
CFA, CCEA, Police Management Association employee organizations and unrepresented
employees.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to
Government code Section 54957.6.
