That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Richards v.
City of Carlsbad, Case No. 00 0966 JM (RBB), pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a).
