That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Sierra
Pacific v. Tavlor Ball, and all related cross actions, Case No. N81303,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
