That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Dewhurst
and Johnston v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. 00 CV 0863 H (RBB),
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
