Adopt Resolution Nos. aml-j)g and 2oc)l-//3 appointing two members to the Board of Directors' for the Foundation for Carlsbad
Community Cable Television.

The term of Robert Turner expires in January, 2001. Mr. Turner' was
originally appointed in March, 1993.
The other Council appointed Directors are Nicole Pappas, Ralph Marchioni, and Don Polese.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION

WHEREAS, the term of Robert Sheppard expires in January, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

l.That the above recitations are true and correct.
