RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss City v.
Baker, Case No. N78249 and Citv v. Rudvalis, Case No. N78252
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to discuss settlement..
