That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Canyons
Network, Sierra Club and Center for Bioloqical Diversitv v. Gale
Norton, in her official capacitv as Secretarv of the U.S. Department of the
Interior and the United States Department of the Interior, Case No. 01
CV 0963 BTM (NLS), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
