Jim & Joey O’Meara MAILMADDRESS: 300 Carlsbad Village Drive l Carlsbad, California 92008 l 76055551 City of Carlsbad Carlsbad City Council 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive Carlsbad, CA 92008 It is with regrets that I must submit my resignation of service on the Carlsbad City Arts Commission. For over a year I have enjoyed my participation on the Commission and on the committees in which I have participated. The wonderful sense of community I have found from commissioners, staff members and volunteers has been a rich and rewarding experience. As many of the Council members are aware I have been very involved with our com- munity through the Rotary Club of Carlsbad. Within the la&year my involvement with the Rotary District, which includes San Diego and Imperial counties, has been taking more of my time. Most recently I have been appointed assistant governor for the district. I am looking forward to this new chaltenge and the opportunity to put forth my best efforts AND at each opportunity to proudly acknowledge the city I care so much about. Thank you for the opportunity to serve our great community. Best Regards, Jim O’Meara
