CLK SENIOR COMMISSION APPOINTMENT CITY MGRi RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution Nos. &!o~\-d%Y and ~~O~-dgy appointing two members to the Senior Commission. ITEM EXPLANATION: The term of Izma Chmiel expires in September, 2001. Ms. Chmiel was originally appointed to the Commission in June 1991, and has served ten years. The term of James Whittaker expires in September, 2001. Mr. Whittaker was originally appointed to the Commission in October, 1992, and has served nine years. The appointees will serve a four year term, which will expire in September, 2005. Other members currently serving on the Senior Commission are: Mildred S. West, Arthur Serrin, and George Weber. NOTE: Members of the Senior Commission are subject to the requirements of the Political Reform Act, and must file Statements of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1.
