That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the acquisition,
including price and terms of payment, or potential acquisition of real property known as “the
Palomar Transfer Station” and a portion of “the Carlsbad Raceway” and more specifically
known as:

terms of payment for purchase, sale, exchange or lease.
