That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Gonzalez v.
Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. 01 CV 0944 J (LSP), pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a).
