REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Manzanita
Partners, LLC v. California Coastal Commission: Citv of Carlsbad; City
Council of the Citv of Carlsbad, as real parties in interest, Case No.
GIN015343, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
