I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Deputy City Engineer Plummer and Senior Civil Engineer
Plantz) regarding price, terms of payment or both for the acquisition or potential acquisition of
real property generally located and generally identified as:
