ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
CITY MGR.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
64956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Community Development Director Sandra Holder, and
Economic Development Manager Cynthia Haas) regarding price, terms of payment or both for
the acquisition or potential acquisition of real property generally located and generally identified
as:
Property owned by Russell L. Bennett
3340 Madison Street
APN 204-093-03
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent
or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
