I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Community Development Director Sandra Holder, and
Housing and Redevelopment Director Debbie Fountain) regarding price, terms of payment or
both for the acquisition or potential acquisition of real property generally located and generally
identified as:
Property owned by Vera Soto Family Trust
2578 Roosevelt Street
Approximately 26,800 square feet total

If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent
or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
