REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Building
Industry Association of San Dieqo, et al. v. State Water Resources
Control Board, et al, Case No. 780263, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
