That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Canvons
Network, Sierra Club and Center for Biological Diversitv v. Citv of
Carlsbad, Case No. GIN017085, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c)
