That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Canvons
Network. Sierra Club and Center for Bioloaical Diversitv v. Gale
Norton, in her official capacity as Secretarv of the U.S. Department of the
Interior and the United States Department of the Interior, Case No.
DO18677, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c)
