RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Schahn v.
Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. GIN006452, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
