Mayor Claude A. “Bud” Lewis
City of Carlsbad

Carlsbad, CA. 92008-1989
Dear Mayor Lewis,
I am in transition and relocating to northern California. However I continue to work
and maintain my residence in Carlsbad. Unfortunately my demanding work schedule
renders me unable to maintain a consistent attendance to the historical preservation
commission. I must regrettably notify you of my request to resign my commission.
I enjoyed my time of service on the commission and have a sense of
accomplishment as a part of the commission and the city of Carlsbad.
If my commitments change in the future I will contact you to seek further service as a
member of a city commission.
Thank you for your complementary letter and I to wish you continued success and
further success for the City of Carlsbad.
Sincerely,
