EXISTING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Citv v. Liew,
Case No. GIN015893-1 pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a) to discuss settlement.
