Marcos Citv Council; Citv of Vista, Vista Citv Council; City of Encinitas;
Encinitas Citv Council; Citv of Carlsbad; Carlsbad Citv Council; Countv of
San Diego; San Dieao County Board of Supervisors, et al, Case No. GIC
782067, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
