NS-651 AB# 16,960 GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE ON PROPERTY MTG. 11-5-02 COMMONLY KNOWN AS FOX MILLER DEPT. I PROPERTY (ZC 00-07) r DEPT. HD. CITY ATTY. CITY MGR RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance No. NS-651 amending Section 21.05.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code by an amendment to the Zoning Map to grant a zone change, ZC 00-07, from Limited Control and Office to P-M, 0-S, and M-Q on property generally located on the east and west side of El Camino Real, between Faraday Avenue and College Boulevard in Local Facilities Management Zone 5. ITEM EXPLANATION: Ordinance No. NS-651 was introduced and first read at the City Council meeting held on October 22, 2002. The second reading allows the City Council to adopt the ordinance, uhich would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance xtblished within fifteen days, if adopted. NS-651 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AN AMENDMENTTO CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 21.05.030 OF THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A ZONE CHANGE, ZC 00-07, FROM LIMITED CONTROL AND OFFICE TO P-M, 0-S. AND M- Q ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL, BETWEEN FARADAY AVENUE AND COLLEGE BOULEVARD IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 5. CASE NAME: FOX MILLER PROPERTY CASE NO.: ZC 00-07 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION I: That Section 21.050.30 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, being the zoning map, is amended as shown on the map marked Exhibit "ZC 00-07" "A and "B attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION II: That the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 5239 on file in the Planning Department constitute the findings and conditions of the City Council.
