That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Rincon Del
Diablo MuniciDal Water District, et al. v. San Dieqo County Water
Authoritv, et al., Case No. GIC798230, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
