That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss anticipated
litigation regarding the Orlik v. Alvarado, Citv of Carlsbad, Case No.
GIN025557, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
