CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING
INITIATING LITIGATION
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(c) to direct the City Attorney, based on existing facts and circumstances whether or
not to initiate litigation involving Modetek, Inc. (one case).
