SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss significant
exposure to litigation regarding the agreement with Innovative
Technologies, Ltd., pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(I).
