RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2003-IIO Commission appointing one member to the Parks and Recreation ITEM EXPLANATION: A vacancy exists due to the resignation of Tim Davidson, who submitted a letter of resignation dated September 16, 2002. He was originally appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission in September, 1995 and reappointed in November, 1999 to serve a term to August, 2003. He has served for seven years. Therefore, the appointee will fill the unexpired term to August, 2003. Other members are: Jim Comstock, Dennis Cunningham, Marlaine Hubbard, Leo Pacheco, William Scott Pieratt and Seth Schulberg. NOTE: Members of the Parks & Recreation Commission are subject to the Political Reform Act and must file a Statement of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1.
