EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss existing
litigation regarding Krasnow and Kevane v. City of Carlsbad, Case No.
GIN028241, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
