RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 2003- 144 appointing one member to the Traffic Safety
Commission.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Howard Heffner passed away leaving an unexpired term. The vacated term expires July,
2005.
Other members of the Traffic Safety Commission are: James Courtney, Gordon Cress,
Robert Mertz, and Jerome Schall.

TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Howard Heffner has passed away leaving an unexpired term that ends July,
