That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss anticipated
litigation regarding the Rochon v. Citv of Carlsbad. Case No. 01 CV 049
lEG (AJB), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
